Who is the United States to say what should and should not be sold in another country? In fact, I think these games are doing more good than they are harm, by providing people a way of living out these desires without performing them for real.
Check out the stats for Rapes per capita: The United States are in 9th place in the entire world with 0.34768 rapes per 1,000 people, Canada is in 5th place with 0.733089 rapes per 1,000 people, and then there's Japan, which rests at 54th place with 0.017737 rapes per 1,000 people. Obviously Japan is doing something right.

It's funny since this game was released way back in 2006 and hasn't been in print for ages. American crybaby groups like CNN are only just now discovering it and calling for bans on this kind of shit...when all of this already took place on Japanese soil years ago and they actually did work to clean up the "rape" erotic game genre.
I also find it funny that Japan is targeted for its "horrible, deviant, disgusting rape porn" industry when such a thing is totally legal in America. Hell, we currently have the [i]largest porn industry on the planet[/i] and there are no censorship laws on human genitalia like there is in Japan. Not to mention what Risonhighmer said about rape rates being much higher here...
