Hallinan, 68, allegedly left his father duct-taped while he went to work. Hallinan has been held at Plymouth County Jail pending a hearing on Thursday in Hingham District Court. The police report also stated that the father was found “extremely thin, dirty, and had severe swelling of both ankles, both of which were approximately at least a foot around in diameter.” Hallinan’s father was listed in fair condition Wednesday at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth.[/release] *snip!*

NO ALLOWANCE THIS WEEK FOR YOU YOUNG MAN! a
At first I thought it was some 5 year old playing cops and robbers or something with his dad.
Imagine having a senile 93 year old father. You are 68 and are still working (senility is coming for you, or is it already here?) and, tired of your father getting hurt/lost/breaking shit, you tape him to a chair while you go to work. It seems like this may be the case, he was driven to act by the pressures his father created on his life style. He chose a chair and duct-tape to solve his problem, guess he couldn't afford a nursing home...
