Bizarre rock tape I found used with absolutely 0 info on the internet (album included)

I was checking out the tape section at my local Half Price Books to see if I could find anything non-shitty, since it was all .25$, and I found this album with the oddest artist and title: Tiptonizerrrr! - Homemade Soap?
From what I can tell by the insert, it's by a band out of Katy, TX, and this looks to be a personal/legit copy cause it's got some names crossed out and new notes hand written in. Anyways, it's pretty weird sounding, not the best but an interesting sound to it. Sounds kind of like 80's rock but more... freakish.
I believe it isn't warez, due to it prob being 20 years old, out of print, and there being no information whatsoever on the internet (if anyone could find out otherwise, that would be amazing), so I uploaded a rip of Side B that I broke into tracks according to the notes, and i'm gonna go rip Side A. Sorry if it sounds kind of bad, that's a mix of it being a tape and me being not wonderful at audacity. I removed the noise as best I could, and there's not much I can do about it being oddly low frequency. Enjoy! (or don't)

I somehow managed to miss this, and am stupid for mis-typing Byron Tipton as Bryon Tipton when I was searching. Mucho gracias to Lambeth.
could just be a home demo tape

The insert looks professional, or at least not like a demo tape. Same for the tape itself. It's definitely amateur, but I don't think it's some random demo.
downloading now.....

would it be wrong if i sold this as my own to make a few quick bucks?
Yes.

Ok, downloading now. Not expecting great things but hoping for something that won't make my ears bleed.

Kind of sounds like most bands I see down the pub who write there own stuff. Kind of a muddy and deep sound with highs every now and again. The vocalist is a bit crap too.

Sound's really 90's esque to me.

Bout the same as I thought. It has it's good points, but it's overall just ok. Same with the vocalist, not wonderful, even annoying, but some good. All in all like a 6/10 album, I just find it so interesting since it's pretty rare to dredge up something that there's literally no info about on the internet.
this sounds like the start of a good creepypasta, lets see if OP goes crazy in the next couple of days

Record Label bad/axe music & productions (looking for new)
Oh shit no way. I must have mistyped his name when I searched, I didn't see anything. Awesome, thanks man.
EDIT: Sent off and email to them about the album, still curious about why no info and why it's different and all.
Lambeth, internet detective extrodinare
Well that was a disappointing thread.
I was hoping for a long lost demo form a well known band or something.

I co-wrote and played guitar on that album. There was a second guitar player named "Eddie".
We recorded it at Saturn Studios near Baytown Texas.
They took the tape and overdubbed guitar with Freddie Everett (RIP) after my time with them.
I always thought it was shitty that Byron scrubbed my name off everything. But then again, it sucked so bad I'm ok with not having my name on it. LOL !
Never would have called it "bizarre". More like "crap". But whatever...
Byron couldn't play guitar. Could barely manage the most basic bass guitar riffs. Had a voice like a wounded goat in heat.
Even the "good" musical ideas I brought in got mangled by his boneheaded musical tastes. Since he was in charge of the tapes, he did whatever he wanted with the masters after I recorded my parts.
Was watching Tosh.0 recently and saw a Youtube video of a guy who calls himself "God of all Texas" or Goat. Reminded me of Byron Tipton.
I did not know this when I first met Byron thru an ad at Evans Music city in Houston, but he was the biggest coke dealer on the west side of Houston for many years. He was always in some kind of jam with the authorities for one thing or another. Never went to jail tho' Many years after (I was kinda young and a bit naive then) I realized the whole "band" I was in was really just a front for Byron to be in bars and festivals so he could sling cocaine.
Never worked the entire time I knew him. He and his wife, Bobbi, sat around watching TV all day in that shitty rental house. It wasn't in Katy, although the address comes up as Katy, TX. It was actually just west of Barker Cypress. Was actually more like Cypress, TX area. That was where we rehearsed. Byron's neighbors wanted to kill him due to the volume of us playing there. The cops were always being called over there for noise complaints. I used a 100W Laney amp w a 4x12 cab. We setup in the 2-car garage.
Anyway, we played local dives, bars, the Westhiemer Art Festival, etc etc for several years. Was a lame gig. Never got paid a dime. For me it was just a chance to play live, and play loud.
Good times.
and yes, Primal Urge is what he renamed the band at some time later on. Looks like "eddie" is still with them from the photos they have up. That's one of Byron's daughters singing w them.
