This is a developing city that is already pursuing active research; doesn't seem right to compare it to the ghost cities of China.
Looks nice, something like this would be good in Central Australia.
The only issue I can see with a city like this is fire. No room for trucks.
Saw this in about October. I fucking love this guy, and this is the thing that got me hooked on the show.
