However tragic this accident is, there's a positive side to this. Diplomatic relations between Romania and Montenegro have increased tenfold after this because citizens in Montenegro that were near the accident flocked to give a helping hand to the victims. Montenegro authorities sent every ambulance available to the accident and gave the victims the best treatment they could give, and citizens even came to the hospital the victims were at to donate blood. Thus, we appreciate their solidarity, they're great people.
