yeah, they bought the rights to crusher to gain rights to the 'candy' naming trademark and start retroactively attacking everyone on behalf of their own game, including the guy I mentioned. I'm glad that purchase was now a flop investment, though I know it probably didn't put much of a dent in things

The difference is in a case like that you're trademarking your [B]SERIES[/B]. Not the word itself.
