They might as well be since it's titled "American's reaction - big truck"

Americans avoid death because they desire the opportunity to eat just one more Big Mac before they go, hoping to indulge themselves in gluttony and gunfire before they die.
Russians on the other hand stare death in the face, as living in Russia is comparable to death, being about to die becomes no more melancholy than going into work on a Russian monday.
