The WWI wasn't started by Germany, actually the first war-declaration came from Austria-Hungary. After that more followed. Germany just lost the war. The reason why WWII started was because Germany lost the WWI. Germany had to pay huge amounts of money as punishment, had to give away regions of the county, couldn't have army larger than x etc. Germans wanted to elevate Germany into a great power once again. That is how Hitler got into power. And Soviet Russia doesn't exist anymore, it collapsed 1993. Unless...
