Bikes are confirmed, they're just not going to be in at the initial launch period.

If it's DLC that costs, i'm going to nerdrage badly. :arghfist:
Burnout gave out free bike DLC, I hope this is the same case.
And i hope they finally have supermotos & enduros aswell. All the bikes in TDU1 felt the same apart from the different max speed & acceleration.
