So I haven't been here in a long time. Since it was weed discussion on the old FP site i guess. But in a week I'll be moving into my dorm and it's been so long since I found a new hook up, I can't remember how. I figured this could be a how to for everyone I guess.
So,
Suggestions? Advice?
It's college. [b]Everybody[/b] smokes. My first night on campus, I met 3 people who smoked.
Just make some friends and ask around. Your bound to find some hookups, exspecially if you live in a dorm

Be careful. You have no rights at all once you move into your dorm, you can't refuse a search, seizure, etc.
Yeah that's what was worrying me, the searches. My roommate doesn't smoke or drink or anything, but I move in a week before him. I'm not sure how to approach that situation either

Well looking for weed should be easy.
Just find some peeps with dead shirts, rasta color clothes, etc.

Well its not like you can smoke in your dorm, so it shouldn't be all that hard to hide your shit from your roommate.

Just look for the people that are laid back and chill. Don't associate with the gay collage metal heads

Actually, it's fairly easy to smoke in your dorm room.
Small bowl + sploof w/ garbage bag taped to end of it = no smell and no smoke
It probably will be really easy to find a hookup.

Or you can get an odor eliminating light bulb, keep the equipment locked up, fan blowing out the window. Also a vaporizer would be a good investment.

I don't think appearance is a very good characteristic to judge off of.
Exactly Pepin, which is why I was asking here for a little advice. I just don't think there are many pothead engineering students so it would be difficult to find them.

I recently moved to my college, and all the new people I've smoked with have been engineering majors. My good friend who smokes is also an engineering major and he's considering taking a double major in Discrete Applied Mathematics. Also, I'm a biochemistry major. Just because people are smart doesn't mean they don't smoke weed.

I didn't say that because smart people don't smoke. I said that because all of the engineering majors I've met have been uptight and don't do anything. I'm an engineering major, so I guess I defeated my own stereotypical views...
Just don't stash any buds or anything weed related in your dorm, that's rule number one for sure.

Thats the jist of it here in Colorado.
I knew smoking was smoking prominent in College, and it had been the buzz during high school- But I wasn't really prepared for how many students (and even faculty!) who are regular smokers.
I had an English teacher who i swore would come in high now and then. Eyes red, squinty like he was absolutely blazed.. and he usually offered us the night off if we chose.
I've watched students even fill and roll a J directly in front of a cop. Granted they were across the grass knoll but still. Lit up and everything. Brave shits.

My advice on getting a hook is to watch carefully. The frequent tokers aren't exactly hard to pick out and like i mentioned before, so many more smoke than you'll actually realize. Just ask around, but be smart.
