It reminds me of [URL="http://media.animegalleries.net/albums/flcl/mamimi_samejima/flcl_mamimi0015.jpg?=123"]Mamimi from FLCL[/URL]. The left eye could be placed better, it's too close to the side of the face and it looks like you got lazy on the ears there as well.

Make some indication of a nose as well, like a shadow. (But keep it light, to retain the anime style)

Overall, an exceptional drawing, keep up the good work. :dance:
