This footage was shot in December 2012. Incredible efforts had been made in the short months• following to clean up, rebuild, and reopen for the 2013 season. They pulled it off, several shop owners reopened their businesses. Locals and tourists alike visited over the summer. Then in September 2013 a fire broke out on the boardwalk on a windy day. Flames uncontrollably spread from the wind and burned the whole thing down again. They plan to rebuild once again......
