Anyone know of any modern bands where their new music is better than their old. This goes along with the whole "mainstream ruins bands" agrument. Your opinions?

The albums they've done this century have certainly stood out; their early stuff reeked of Pink Floyd. Although "better" isn't really a good word to describe it.
