No it's not. The patch didn't fix all of the issues (including major ones) but added more new problems.

If you have a controller or wheel to use, then racing games on the PC are way much more fun.
Well shit, I bought this full price less than a month ago. Ugh, the one downside of Steam sales is that you never know when they are going to pop up.

I have no problems at all after the patch.
I once played it at a friends house on the pc, but I didn't like it.
I saw my friend playing it first and it look really awesome and shit because he's pretty good at it, but when I tried, my car went circles if I turned even a little offroad
maybe it's realistic, dunno, but I'm no fan of such thing
