Here what I can remember, Great movie to watch by the way.
Basically this killer kills his victim(dur hes a killer) and takes there identity. This movie takes place in Canada. Well the female detective or cop is protecting this guy with local police. There a bunch of fight they some how they end up leaving Quebec. I remember this seen on a bridge where the killer apparently "dies". He doesn't the artist and the female later make love and then somehow she finds out the killer has killed the artist and she fucked him. She kills him and the movie ends.
I watched this movie over 1-2 years ago. I believe it was made early 2000's
