Ebell is an outspoken, longtime skeptic of the scientific consensus that human activity is dramatically changing the climate. He often refers to warnings about global warming as climate “alarmism” and is a vocal critic of President Obama’s climate change regulations.
Ebell has argued that the Clean Power Plan is illegal and that the Paris climate change agreement is unconstitutional.
Trump also doubts that human activity causes climate change.
God help us all.
It's over. We're done.
If this doesn't convince Trump supporters that voting this man in was a mistake I won't know what will.

My vehement Trump supporter parents are also climate change deniers. It's a fucked up world we live in.

You have only yourselves to blame for what happens Trumpets

the sad thing is, even if climate change isn't a real thing, how is alt energy bad? Why SHOULDN'T we go with that either way?
I really think this is the nail in the coffin. The planet can't take 4 more years of uncontrolled fossil fuel use.
Don't think I'll be having kids.
This is going to be an interesting four years. A really interesting four years.
How many shots to the foot can we take

Why on Earth would this be the thing too audacious for Trump supporters to stomach when they were able to stomach everything else he's promised to do for the last year and a half?

it destroys american jobs! we should be stealing the oil from the middle east AS GOD INTENDED
I can't decide if I want to be depressed and horrified or bitter and vindicated
On the one hand oh dear god his prospective cabinet is terrifying, on the other hand it's pretty much exactly the kind of choices that people have been terrified about since the tiny handed maniac announced his candidacy

Because this is the one policy that WILL kill millions of people, both directly and indirectly.
While I believe the rest are horrible and also reasons to never vote for Trump, this one takes the cake in terms of pure suffering and awfulness.
And we were just starting to reverse the effects.
Here I was hoping Trump wouldn't be so bad after all. How misguided I was.

I find it kinda hard to laugh at the people ripping out the planks for fire when they're in the same boat as me.

There wont be any foot remaining by the time 6 months of trump's presidency passes
there goes the theory that he was just pretending to be retarded

The planet can take much, much more than anything we can throw at it. The question is if we can take it.

I kind of agree but everybody should have seen this coming. He wasn't going to suddenly go all left, or even make sensible choices, but to hire morons and sociopaths like himself to fuck over the middle class and the same common man who voted for him because :hurr: MAGA. Feelz before realz is coming home to roost, and it hasn't been even 24 hours since the declaration of the results.

It really comes down to the fact that people don't want to upset the status quo in terms of jobs, taxes, or infrastructure renovation. This country is like a student with a really bad case of procrastination, and at the end of the test the whole planet gets destroyed.

Also, fuck this piece of shit.
there goes the theory that he was just pretending to be retarded
That'd be a real long con, his twitter profile has been the source of much groan-worthy material for years now.

We could literally fire off every nuke and the planet wouldn't care lol
millions of years later, the life that remains will have restored biodiversity.
The man who's been denying climate change appoints a climate change denier. :dig:
70 days away from being President and he's already fucking the planet
:ok:
Hey republicans please weigh in on these choices and tell us if you can even partly justify a single one of these idiots in the Drumpf cabinet
You mean the guy who called climate change a hoax by the Chinese hired someone who denies climate change?
Well, I never saw this coming!
We still have Elon Musk with Tesla and Solar City to guide us to the light
How ironic it will be the private interests trying to save us now.
:goodjob:
"...b-b-but it's okay guys, because we stopped Crooked Hillary because of her email scandal." :hurr:
Off to a good start.
I'm sure the supporters will say that this is a minor sacrifice in the name of all the good that can come from Trump's presidency for the working class.
