He takes clips from the Internet, provides "funny" commentary and captions for them, and can't speak more then 2 words without having to cut.

The only difference is that he isn't as popular.

While this guy does the same thing as RWJ, he doesn't have the same annoying transitions, he doesn't do dumb dub-overs, the commentary isn't as annoying, and he just doesn't have the overall douchebag-ness about him.
