'It's Not Rape, It's a Snuggle With a Struggle;' Tshirt pulled From Malls
A T-shirt in the SM Supermall in the Philippines has been pulled by the mall's operators after causing an outrage with its slogan: "It's Not Rape, It's a Snuggle With a Struggle."
Writer Karen Kunawicz from Louisiana was the one who noticed the shirt, took a photo, and posted it to her Facebook page. It was immediately shared with other social media users and stirred discussion from an outraged public.
"Really SM Department Store? In the boy's section?" Kunawicz captioned the photo. "SM – the same mall that has the daily angelus and refused to show Tim Burton's 'Sweeney Todd' in the cinemas? Boys listen to Tita Karen – if a girl says NO and pushes you away, just err on the side of caution, she likely means NO. And go watch 'Sweeney Todd.'"
holy shit
Poor taste always ends up on some shirt. Luckily they're getting discarded. This kind of humour isn't funny.
what the fuuuuck
Some people don't even deserve the oxygen they breath for their earth shattering stupidity.
I think shirts like that are actually a great idea, you can take one look at someone and instantly know if they're an asshole that you most likely won't even have anything in common with
Its like saying 'It's not a goatsee, I just cant find my gerbil'
Id like to think wearing a shirt that makes fun of rape would get you beaten up, but i think im just being optimistic.

The concept isn't funny but the pairing of "snuggle" and "struggle" sounds attractive.
Would buy.
I'd definitely laugh at this at a glance, but I would never condone this being on a shirt, or anything where it'd be toted around.
I'd totally wear this just for the reactions I'd get.
Now they just need to pull that awful "Cool Story Babe, Now Go Make Me a Sandwich!" shirt that all the tween shitheads/neckbeards are wearing.
Pull the rageface shirts while they're at it, too.
I thought this was pretty funny but definitely not T-shirt material and everyone who does wear shirts like this are probably just douches

What about the people who buy shirts and don't even know what they mean or what's the image about? :v:
Imagine the outrage if there was a shirt that said "It's not war, it's fighting that's exciting!" or some shit like that.

That one is the worst. The only people I see wearing that one are people who you can point and laugh at.
Shirts with jokes/gimmick pictures on them are stupid anyways

My 70 year old Grandma bought a shirt that said "MILF" on it and wore it out in public for a while because she thought they had misspelt milk.
It's not terrorism, it's Jenga with airplanes.

It really is unamerican to not play double Jenga on 9/11 though.

My youngest brother had that shirt. He was the only one who thought it was funny.

Or "Surprise fireworks show"
If I ever saw someone wearing a shirt like this, I'd just say 'I don't get it, can you explain it to me'

if i ever saw someone wearing a shirt like this, i'd feel obligated to roast them and make them take it off and walk home shirtless
I bought one and put it next to my "Cool story babe, now make me a sandwich" shirt.
I still think this one is better

Jesus, I can imagine the uproar from people if they saw this in a department store. People would get deported.

That would make you a bigger douche than the person wearing the shirt
Shirts with slogans are an incredible thing. I immediately know at a glance if someone wearing one is a complete fucking tool or not.
