The title says it all. My dealer went down, cops raided his house after some one ratted on him, he got caught with about 5oz, I heard that the cops are trying to find out who he sold to. Should I be worried?
Is he a friend or just a dealer?
just a dealer, who i got form a close friend that he dated
I think you'll be fine.
Unless they can actually prove that he sold to you, that shouldn't have anything on you.
But I could be wrong.
You're good d00d. Unless your dealer keeps an organized list of the first and last names of all of his clients posted in his kitchen, then you should remain unknown to the police.
Unless they torture him in their secret police torture chamber and threaten to break his bones unless he told them your name. In which case there should be a super secret ninja helicopter above your house any second, ready to delete you from the matrix.
thanks guys, real help. I can relax now and smoke a fatty!
but are you really enjoying the fatty? or is it just a computer simulation designed to make you enjoy the fatty. Maybe the fatty is enjoying you. Or maybe there is no enjoyment.
You can't quit the matrix, Gordon, but the matrix can quit you.
fuuuuuu...:smug:
LOL he's already too high to think about it dude.

Oh. My. Lawd.
I'm fucking lmao.
In all seriousness, I find it unlikely the police are interested in customers. Dealers are the only people police tend to care about. Hell, I know someone who was caught with 3oz and he was let off because he had no money so they could not prove he was a dealer.
The dealers are going down to the root of the problem, the customers are more like the leaves - constantly falling off, but regrowing, getting more money (energy) for the tree. Why pull down the leaves of a tree when getting rid of the roots would kill it far easily and more effectively?

Plus you can take dealers car if they have dealt in it before.
But honestly, using this, everytime you cut a tree down, two more fill it's place.

The war on drugs is the deforestation of the open-minded.
Honestly I don't think you have anything to worry about. They'd need proof of him selling to you, which I doubt they have.

Even if they had proofs they can't charge you for : Buying drugs.
Though they can charge for :
Possession, sale, consumption, etc.

I didn't think they could charge you with consumption or being high unless you are in public.

Yes, but if you are consuming it, you are also possessing it.
But obviously this is all if the cop sees you actually consuming it.

Or maybe this so-called life is just a hallucination caused by Psilocybin?
Quick question:
A cop lives in my buddy's apartment complex, and we were debating whether or not he would be able to do anything if he smelled marijuana. my buddy's apartment isn't very big, and the last time we smoked there, the hallway apparently smelled like pot (the apartment building is the size of a small college dorm).
I'd say your biggest worry there is that he calls in and reports you. He isn't gonna dash out of his apartment and bust your door down on his own.
In all likelihood he won't do anything about it.

I think he can call police and they can search you for probable cause and out of suspicion?
not 100% sure though

Yeah but he'd have to be in possession of the drugs when they come for him. They can't do anything if you're not in possession.
Might be a good idea to do this for a while. Maybe finish off whatever you purchased and don't buy anything for a bit until shit cools off.
Cops don't care about buyers, they care about seller. You really think they try to catch every little dude that smoke a fatty once a week? Hell no. You shouldn't even be thinking about the cops arresting you.
