The program is rather typical of DPRK television programs around national events.
The program itself is about a small group of DPRK military personal preforming some of the more popular songs within the DPRK.
The Moranbong Band preformed a similar set of songs at a recent concert, as such i would be willing to bet that the program was made to celebrate the 68th anniversary of the Workers Party of Korea.
