The synths are nice but I think the drums need more presence and it's kinda muddy right now.
yup, it needs more dynamics. Take down the velocity on stuff as much as possible so there's not this wall of noise.
I can hardly hear the drums. Drums are quite a bit more important in DNB than in dusbtep, they are about half the song. You need to get them snappy and hardhitting and human. The first problem here is that the bass is triggering the mastercompressor, squishing the drum transients which is making the into white noise whooshes as opposed to snappy snares [editline]23rd January 2012[/editline] And the kicks are just whhhhomps. No dont use sidechain. Fix the goddamn channel volumes for once.
No he should totally sidechain everything to everything. Then put 26 compressors on your master channel, followed by an eq with a single +12dB peak at 10Khz. Do this.

Do this.[/QUOTE] The only thing I ever have on the master channel is a limiter. I use parametric EQ's on each individual channel for instuments like high hats, claps + snares, and bass drums.

You think I should remove the sidechaining?[/QUOTE] The whole bassline is too loud. If you look at your limiter, you should notice it is heavily limiting. Turn down the track volumes until it is only slightly limiting while keeping the overall balance.
