By Ned Parker, Jonathan Landay and Warren Strobel | WASHINGTON
Michael Flynn and other advisers to Donald Trump’s campaign were in contact with Russian officials and others with Kremlin ties in at least 18 calls and emails during the last seven months of the 2016 presidential race, current and former U.S. officials familiar with the exchanges told Reuters.
The previously undisclosed interactions form part of the record now being reviewed by FBI and congressional investigators probing Russian interference in the U.S. presidential election and contacts between Trump’s campaign and Russia.
Six of the previously undisclosed contacts described to Reuters were phone calls between Kislyak and Trump advisers, including Flynn, Trump’s first national security adviser, three current and former officials said.

Conversations between Flynn and Kislyak accelerated after the Nov. 8 vote as the two discussed establishing a back channel for communication between Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin that could bypass the U.S. national security bureaucracy, which both sides considered hostile to improved relations, four current U.S. officials said.
(Technically the Reuters title is "Trump campaign had at least 18 undisclosed contacts with Russians", but I honestly feel the second quote is the most interesting so I built the title from that. I don't think that's editorializing, but I might have my definitions wrong. Just change the title to the Reuters one in that case.)
Nothing to hide, my arse.

Doesn't that like
defeat the entire point of having a national security agency in the first place
Putin sure keeps his dogs on a short leash.
It's not even funny anymore how blatant everything is.
Monkey see, monkey do. Trump doesn't understand that he's not Putin and he can't bend the entire US government to his will.
Keep the leaks coming and don't let up.
This is really damning if it's true. And considering this is being reported by Reuters it sounds like it's reliable. Though I suppose at this point Flynn already looked very bad regardless. I wonder if this is the reason he was wanting immunity.

I wonder how many Trump voters find this defensible.

They're going to make up a story about how the evil national security bureaucracy are destroying relations with friendly nations!
God I wish I wasn't being serious.
Former national security advisor Michael Flynn wanted to bypass national security. Absolutely nothing suspicious about that. /s

When Flynn was asking for immunity, people were saying that he's doing it because he knows how deep the rabbit hole goes. Seems about right.

Ohhhhhhh boy
It's got to the point where the leaks are looking more like a burst dam.

"The deep state would've interfered and tried to destroy Trump!"

At least one I know, my friend's dad. Thinks old people should be respected for their "wisdom" but has numerous times asked me some of the dumbest shit I've ever heard. The question that takes the cake for me is "Do baby snakes get milk from their mothers?"

No offense but your friends dad is clearly an idiot, obviously baby snakes get their milk from the milk man.

actually, electing trump in the first place defeats the point of having a national security agency

"Government bureaucracy is bad anyways, good on Trump for trying to find a way to work around that Democrat libtard communist bureaucratic bloat.
By the way, we need a new government agency dedicated to putting spy cameras in mosques and forcing Muslims coming to the country to eat pork so we can be safe."
