These buildings are old. There was 100 year old scrap iron all over the grounds, old rusted cars, motorcycles, typewriters, all kinds of junk. The inside of the one house smelled so old and musty. My sneezes have been tasting like mold for over a week now.
The one concrete shed thing towards the end of the video sounded like it was hollow underneath. A hole in the middle of the floor appeared to have been filled in, possible an entrance to an old mine?
This area is home to many large black bears. Luckily we did not encounter any by visiting this time of the year.
No creepy ambiance added, don't worry, just a good old fashion adventure.

I think part of the theme of his videos is the scene is suppose to be the character, not the actual person recording. Hence being the 'Unknown Camera Man' and distorted voice and such, to draw attention away from the person and on to the actually place.
I'm just guessing though, correct me if I'm wrong.
