Okay, I'm not even sure if this is the correct thread to post in. I've read trough and can't find it. Sorry if it's the wrong one. I purchased a server with GTXGaming, actually two. I had some problems so I contacted customer support. All they did was give me no advise on how to fix things. They didn't have a clue what they was saying. There customer support sucks, they've banned me from there website because I asked for a refund after telling me to read there T&C. How can I read there fucking T&C when I'm banned? Maybe, instead of contacting them through their personal Skype accounts, you should have just reported a ticket and waited it out?

I posted a ticket two weeks ago, they asked me to wait until last Friday which I did. Tuesday morning and I had no reply and I was told too post another ticket. I did post another, then I was instantly banned.

While I agree that GTX can quite often seem like a bunch of slimebags, you're not in the right. 1) "You have skype listed on your page, you have to provide support over skype" Skype isn't ideal for support for many, many reasons. Just because it's listed as a contact method [b]does not[/b] mean anyone should provide support over it. Personally I wouldn't. 2) You only posted their responses to your tickets. Without seeing what you said to them in the first place, how are we meant to judge if they are in the wrong or not? If you're going to try and degrade whatever reputation they have, back up your claims with solid facts, not half-arsed half-the-story screenshots.

Nor would I let any of my co-workers take it. It would be immediate service suspension and forced end-of-cycle termination. If a support operator isn't being as helpful as you would like, there's a simple solution: Go to another company. [b]Never[/b] take it out on them personally, you'll only dig yourself deeper into shit.
First issue was Skype. Second one is talking down to them Third issue is making a thread about it on here
I see everyone is going to relate to the one bad comment I've said to them. I've had nearly two months of crap from them, all I said was one thing back to them. Fuck it, it doesn't matter. Enjoy getting ripped if anyone ever goes with them.

GTXGaming is known for being the worst host. It's run by that one guy. Anyone else you speak to is fake accounts "Jason Orange" that he uses to make the company look bigger. He acts like a child and I told him that. He sent me his facebook page to prove he wasn't. I shall not buy from there ever again.

I called him childish and said I'm most probably older than him, he sent me he's facebook page and said I don't think you are. Well, okay I was wrong, he's 2 years older than me.
