• An unidentified pain in my hip.

I'm going to start off by apologizing if this is in the wrong section, which I really don't think it is. Well, I've never been a very athletic kid, but I've done enough to keep in shape. I walk to most of my destinations instead of driving, so I manage to stay pretty fit. I haven't really ever had a bad medical condition. The worst I had was Jaundice when I was born, which if anything, does more good than bad. I've been to the emergency room a few times, but for nothing below the neck, except for when I broke my arm. Anyway, so about 4-5 years ago when I was in 7th grade, about the time I joined the track team, I started feeling a very strange pain in my hip when ever I stood for too long. The pain is roughly in this location, on this side: I didn't think anything of the pain at first. I just passed it off as a growing pain, but when the pain was there for longer then expected, and as it got worst I knew it definitely couldn't have been a growing pain. The only thing that I could think of was this one time I hit my hip on a rusty metal part sticking out of a pool at summer camp. The metal piece left a bruise, but didn't break the skin. It didn't make any sense to me that it would take that long for the pain to set in, and at that point all my shots were up to date. I've been to the doctors over 10 times since then, and they all have me do the same thing, that usually leads to nothing. They ask me to bend my hip, and explain the pain. I had a full body MRI once. I can't remember if we've ever taken the MRI to be interpreted, but if we have nothing came of it. Which leaves me sitting here still wondering what is causing the pain. Now, that time has passed the pain has gotten so much worst. When ever I run, or even walk a little too fast, a wave of the pain comes through. As stated at the beginning of this post, I do enough walking to counteract all the sitting I do at my computer. I don't feel any other symptoms, just the pain in my hip. So, my question from me to facepunch is, does any one even have the slightest idea what this could be? Does any one have or know any one with a similar pain? Also, I'm sorry if I gave a lack of detail, if you're confused I'll try to give as much detail as possible. Is it even anything to worry about? Wrong section man.
My x hurts/is sick/is dead
From the GD rules, or What not to post.
Probably erectile dysfunction
It's probably acute broken-boneness
you're obviously on your period
Also, it might be cancer.
Wrong section man. From the GD rules, or What not to post.
I should probably read those next time! Is there a right section for this, or am I just wasting my time?
