I have been waiting for about year for someone to post this
I actually follow dubs and such quite often because I think that most major animes have gotten good dubs in recent times. Sure, they'll have silly bits lost in translation, but that happens with anything. Personal favorite is Steins;Gate, which has this fantastic line.

Owning the Funimation release of Steins;Gate gave me access to the commentary, where they talked about the process of voicing characters, adapting scripts, what it's like to just break into voice acting, and sound design as well. It's super neat.
