Slight graze on my thumb has turned a delightful summer green colour.

Right chaps,

I managed to achieve this small graze on my thumb about 3-4 days ago whilst out on one of my fantastic adventures.. Now usually I wouldn't think anything of it othet than a carpet burn, apart from i've stopped smoking them recently.. So I was quite puzzled, can any of you lurker murker memberinoes figure out what's wrong with my thumb?

Since i'm far too incompitent and well.. bone idle to go see a general practitioner.
