Having problems with the models of source games

I recently uninstalled all my games from steam and at this point I had no problems with any games. I decided to reinstall 2 weeks later,
and blam Garry's Mod, Counter-strike Source, Half-Life 2, they all had problems with the models of characters, weapons, and some map objects. It's like they have gaps in them. Look at these screenshots so you can get a better idea of the situation I am trying to deal with.

Believe me I have tried to unistall and reinstall defrag all that rubbish, and not any of it works. Perhaps someone might have a better idea?

I've had this before and it was since the first days Garry's mod came out. I had a pretty shit computer back than. I'm pretty sure it's your graphic card who can't handle it.

I had that problem on my old ATI card, May I suggest updating the drivers and if you've tried that then try using older ones
