This may seem like small shit now, but think of this way - if it works...
In both this disaster and the BP disaster, I really wish we would come up with these plans before the worst case scenario happens.

Yup I remember when I35W bridge collapse happened here then suddenly everyone decides to check now to make sure bridges aren't falling apart.

Unfortunately, FMECA only works properly when you have past experiences of the failure mode that occurs. But I digress on the BP disaster, that was entirely avoidable.
