Are there any legal smokeables that'll get you high?
Specifically plants, I can't take pills for some reason, not even an Advil for headaches.
Any help?
I heard something about Wormroot or wormwood, or something... not sure about it's legalness..
Or what it looks like.

If you can get hold of Spice, do it. It contains JWH-018, a synthetic cannabinoid.
Now that Spice is available to the US again, I'd definitely recommend getting some.
Batches of Spice Silver, Spice Gold, and Spice Diamond and other spice products have been found to contain inconsistent amount of JWH-018 and CP 47,497, both of which are synthetic cannabinoids.
The stuff works. Last year, I purchased and used Spice Gold frequently. It produces effects very similar to marijuana. It's a more relaxed high, but it lasts just as long. It's great for when you can't smoke the real thing

Also, I'd look into Ecsphoria if I were you. It's a fairly cheap smoking blend. No-one know what is in it, but the high is like a mix between salvia and weed. It's incredibly potent. My buddies and I got a free sample when we ordered our Salvia. 2 hits from a bowl (one small-medium bowl between two people) got us ridiculously high. Anything more than that and you can definitely notice the Salvia-like effects, and it gets closer to tripping than just being high.
One good sized hit from a bong got us just as high as 2-3 hits from a bowl would.
Can't take pills cause I can't get my head around the thought of not chewing before swallowing.. or something like that.
And I don't know about Spice.. I live in Canada.. and not sure where to go get it at 15yrs old.
And not so sure about price.. I have no job.

Pills trip me out... I can down a 8.6L jug of water, and the pill will still be in my mouth.

I mean, other than that, the legal "highs" you'll find in headshops are all bullshit.
You could get some Wild Dagga, Kava Kava, Kratom, Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds, etc etc, but you'd have to buy those from an online headshop.

Me and my friend smoked this stuff called "sparks" or "sparx" I can't remember. But according to him it's legal and the high was just like a marijuana high. He also said that it's made from marijuana plants but it's different somehow.

Wait, why can't you just get real bud? You're going to have more trouble getting legal herbs, and I'm sure there's plenty out there that are complete bullshit so you're taking a chance anyway. And how can you live without being able to take pills? I take advil at least once a week for headaches and stuff, I can swallow them dry too.
DXM is totally out of the question too. I have a hard enough time drinking cough syrup just for when I'm sick, it tastes awful.

Spice definitely works. Feels like cannabis but slightly different somehow, kind of synthetic in way, but nice. And it's more expensive.
Another good one is kratom. You can buy it in leaf form or powder form. Make it into a tea.
Ive tried spice diamond and it was pretty awesome and got me extremely high. but i smoked the entire bag of 3gs in one night mixed with some good indian hash
You should try Skunk: A new breed of weed (Also called Skunk: Anbow)
It's better than Spice. In fact, it's pretty close to medium-quality weed, and beats shit quality street weed any day.
In my opinion (And many others) it's the best legal high.
Otherwise you could try Zohai RX. Definately the strongest legal high there is, at higher doses it gives you hallucinations.
I'd recommend that you avoid ecsphoria like the plague. The stuff is way too potent and nobody knows what's in it. It could be dry grass sprayed in pesticide for all we know.
Look in some headshops for what they may refer to as "happy herbs".
