[hd]https://vimeo.com/130130046[/hd]
A Dangerous Game is the incendiary documentary that reveals the eco-impact of luxury golf resorts around the world and their contribution to global drought. Featuring exclusive interviews with Alec Baldwin, Robert Kennedy Jr. and Donald Trump, the film takes viewers on an international journey to a World Heritage site in Croatia; the extravagant desert city of Dubai, the explosion of new but supposedly illegal courses in China and back to the filmmaker's native Scotland, where Trump continues his controversial building.
A quote from the actual documentary (referencing Donald Trump and spoken in a heavy Scottish accent):
"I wish you the best of luck in your struggle against Trump, and trust you will find a way to overcome what I see as one of America's worst exports: Arrogant ill-informed billionaires who think they can buy their way into anything."
You gotta pay to watch this on Vimeo on-demand. It's like $7 USD and seems worth it so far. Here is a trailer of a related documentary, titled "You've Been Trumped". [hd]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zk-MHQE2xPQ[/hd]
I just finished watching the "A Dangerous Game" documentary. Basically, Trump and anyone that supports these courses is a complete fuckwit who doesn't have any support towards any form of environmental concerns. Regardless, it only proves that golf is a game for fuckwits who are completely without understanding towards the environment. Especially when it comes to Trump (specifically when it comes from a world in which this documentary comes from far before the US presidential race). Donald Trump is an absolute fuckwit and only serves his own interests, to the disadvantage of local communities as well as the local environment. First of all, fuck golf and all golfers, your game is stupid and completely at odds with the environment. Secondly, fuck Donald Trump in particular for being such a fuckwit when it comes to certain communities. [hd]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E73RM9gS7bU[/hd]
You've inspired me to take up golfing.
You've inspired me to take up golfing.
Before giving any form of opinion I would simply ask you to view the paid documentary. Not only does this documentary speak volumes towards Trump, it also speaks volumes towards the asses that push towards golf courses worldwide that provide so little towards common people and ask so much of all of us in terms of natural resources. Again, this documentary was produced far before the current US election and provides a valuable insight into what makes a current golf course project. It could be Trump or any other investor, but this documentary at least shows the view that this kind of investment is a disadvantage towards the local community, especially when Trump's investments come at a failure in many cases. When you try to paint these kind of projects in a positive light, you show yourself as someone that is not only unfamiliar with the situation but someone who is supportive of projects that could provide a decent amount of drinking water for the world.
Sorry mate, but I'm not gonna pay for it. Maybe if it was free.
