Too bad this is basically going to be WoW with a star wars setting
No, it's not the next Star Wars Galaxies
The Force is the most fascinating, badass and awesome thing ever invented in a science story.
Theres a lack of movement
Animations look really stiff even for an MMO.
I really hate the art direction, it looks like that shitty Clone Wars CGI movie. I'm half expecting them to release a trailer that has the lyrics "Come with me, and you'll be, in a world of pure imagination.".
The warzone thing is like Global Agenda tbh
i see bioware is still using that awesome voice actor

Its still in the works, its just a video to show off the warzones.
Looks pretty fucking rad.
I agree with most of the above. Will still buy it, it looks fun.
Oddly enough, of all the small issues with TOR so far, the one that annoys me the most is the fact that the guns don't actually point in the direction the lasers fire.
Stop being positive about this game, the facts are being laid out in front of the consumer that this game is a story based MMORPG. Your limited on your own creativity, 1 type of ship per class, all announced species are 90% human almost except with about 1 or 2 not, the same companions for everyone, the same story for all others, most gear will be the same on every player, and the combat will be linear and repetitive.
Making this game a mmo was a huge fault. Why not make a great siquel to KOTOR series?
That somewhat reminded me of 2142's titan game mode.
Fuck, I'm so excited for this.

what the fuck is a "siquel"?
Something similar to a sequel I suppose. Would have been nice considering Obsidian kind of failed with KOTOR 2 in a few departments and Bioware could have done much more with a sequel, but I guess TOR doesn't look terrible so far.

KOTOR 2 is not all Obsidians fault. Lucasarts made them rush the game out for a holiday release.

It was said that this would have a main PvP focus.

Or the combat system, rather.
The only thing i enjoy about star wars galaxies is the space combat because it's actually dynamic and not just pressing 1, 2, 3, 4. Being able to hop on the guns of a YT-1300 and blast tie fighters into space while your friend flies was fucking awesome, not to mention the massive PvP attacks on Star Destroyers.

This game needs something like that or I think it will be just like every other MMO.
I was turned off soon as I saw the art style. When Sith Lords look like they're from Dragonball Z, that ends all hype for me
The map looks pretty. Hoping for a night setting.
Honestly looks like shit.
Looks like a Source mod
Oh god that voice, so annoying.
It's just like that Pokemon game on N64 all over again
