Does anyone know if this workout/diet plan will actually work? (Convict Style)

So Im an average height/weight guy. 5'10", 155 lbs. Used to be 160 but somehow lost weight, whatever it is irrelevant.
I try to run everyday, but I have terrible work ethic and always put it off, that goes double for my static workout regimen that I never do because after I am done running, I dont want to do anything.
When I do run, I usually do 2.5-3.5miles nonstop, and then am really hot and jump in the pool at my house. I live in Arizona so running is a real bitch right now.
Is running EVERYDAY safe? I know cardio is very important, but I just want to know if it safe.
My static workout regimen consists of planks, wall sits, heels to heaven (some things from P90), pushups, pullups, crunches, tricep dips, and burpees. Basically what a prisoner is able to do, except I have no equipment besides a pullup bar.
Are those workouts all good enough that If I actually did them consistently, they would work in 4-6 weeks? (combined with the cardio)
I have lots of protein powder and these creatine chewables I bought because I thought i would use them , but I am a lazy bastard so I haven't gotten to it so I have lots of it leftover.
As far as my diet goes, I really eat anything I want, but that doesnt mean I eat a lot. I never drink soda, but If I want a cheeseburger, I eat a cheeseburger. I dont eat until 1-2pm pretty much everyday and I should be eating breakfast but I dont.
Can anyone please help me answer the questions that are in my post.
Being able to bulk up would also be nice, but right now I only care about getting fit and toned.
If I need to put up pictures I will, but only if someone asks and they actually use it to help me.
Join a gym if you want to see any real gains
God I hate the word toned.
Are you looking to gain muscle or are you just looking to lose weight. "Toning" is losing weight, please never say that word again. You won't bulk up on bodyweight exercises, plain and simple. If you just want to cut off some fat, then cardio and whatnot works just fine.
What do you mean by "they would work in 4-6 weeks?" As in, would you see results? Results will come down to diet. If you keep eating like you've always eaten, you'll look pretty much the same a month from now. Even if you do make some changes, 4-6 weeks is barely long enough to see results if you're doing things naturally.
hes a fuarkin troll
only trolls use the word tone

I didnt know that toned was so offending, but I dont need to lose weight, I just need to gain muscle. I thought that workouts I listed would be enough just to gain some muscle. And I didnt realize that diet was such a huge part of it, what kind of diet would you recommend? If I just ate vegetables, protein shakes, lean meats; and cut out sugar and junk food, would that be good enough, because I really dont want to buy a bunch of crap and have a strict diet, maybe a diet soda every now and then as a treat. And I have plenty of time to work on this, so I guess 4-6 weeks was a little low in an estimate how about 3-4 months?
And If I did want to gain more muscle, which of course requires heavier lifting and less reps, what would be the most basic equipment I could buy in order to do this?
PS I dont want to join a gym because I have no one to go with and it is discouraging to me.
going to the gym is a good investment, i STRONGLY recommend it. $30 a month, it's incredibly affordable. i go alone 5 days a week, as well as 90% of the members at my location. if it's a good gym, there will be a trainer on-site who can answer questions and help you try out new routines
you need to pass up on the cheeseburgers. your goal won't be possible if you can't stick to your diet
gaining muscle will mean gaining weight, so be sure of what you want. using the term toned isn't as big of a deal as these guys are making it out to be, but too many people misuse the word thinking it means to gain muscle and have that "brad pitt fight club" look. that look is achieved by weight loss
you do have an average weight, so if you want muscle to show, what you can either do is a) bulk up hard with lots of calories and then slowly cut with weight loss or b)begin a very lean bulk diet and keep close to your current weight but very slowly increase it with muscle weight

Do you work out with people at home? Do you grab your workout buddy and say "Hey man lets run in place in my room for a minute or two?"
It's no different at the gym. Yeah, there's people there, but they don't give two shits about you. They're there to put their work in and get out, not point and laugh at the kid who's never lifted weights before. Most gyms offer PT's, have one teach you the basic lifts (bench, squat, OHP, deadlifts) and just doing those would yield better results than whatever you're doing now.

1. You can run everyday, though I wouldn't recommend it if it's mass you're looking for.
2. Yes, they will make you lose weight to an extent, combined with the cardio. They will though, stop doing anything substantial after a period of time.
also, regardless of your questions, you bring up a lot of inconsistencies, as if you want us to fix them for you; "I have a terrible work ethic" "I eat anything" "I don't eat until 1-2pm" "I don't eat breakfast".
you can't expect a massive change in your life when you are unwilling to take the necessary BASIC, fundamentals of "getting fit"

He wants to gain muscle and you think eating a cheeseburger every now is going to make his goal not possible? what the fuck am I reading, we do live in the same dimension where a cheeseburger is meat, cheese and bread right????
Even if he was attempting to cut, a cheeseburger occasionally wouldn't do shit to harm his progress.
damn right jagerbombster.
from reading his post it sounded to me like that's all his current diet consisted of
"i eat anything i want, if i want a cheeseburger, i eat a cheeseburger"
obviously every now and then is fine
After A few minutes on google. I would rather make my own barbell/ dumbells, than buy them. They are so damn expensive. all I need is a metal pipe and a bag of concrete, I have a mold (tupperware) and screws to secure the concrete on the pipe. I dont really see how homemade equipment is any different than equipment at gyms except that you can adjust the weight on equipment at gyms.
And a diet question, is fruit bad? because half the internet says "fruit sugar is still bad, dont eat a lot of fruit" and the other half says "fruit is loaded with anti-oxidants and is always good" Frankly, i dont even know what anti0oxidants do or if they are even necessary. If they help my immune system, it is useless because I NEVER get sick.

Fruit is fine. I don't think I've ever seen anyone consume so much fruit that the sugar actually becomes a problem. A few pieces a day won't hurt and is beneficial.
