I'm sure you are fairly familiar with Muntadar al-Zaidi - the journalist who (rightfully) threw two shoes at Bush. I want you to photoshop what he is throwing.
It's a shame the quality is quite bad - but there's nothing to be done about it, it is still highly exploitable.
Here's a tutorial on how to import an animated GIF file into photoshop:
How to do it:
1. Make sure QuickTime 7 or later is installed on your computer.
It is most likely installed during Adobe Photoshop or Adobe CS3 setup but can also be downloaded and installed from Apple web site.
2. From the File menu, open Import submenu and select Video Frames to Layers.
The Load dialog box shows up. (This will take more than two seconds the first time but appears immediately afterwards.)
3. Navigate to the folder which contains your Animated GIF files.
They will not show up on your Load dialog box.
4. In the File Name field, type *.gif and press ENTER.
Your animated GIF files will show up.
5. Select the file you intend to import and click Load button or press ENTER.
Import Video To Layers dialog box will show up.
6. Ensure the Make Frame Animation check box is checked.
7. Click OK button.
The animation will load into Adobe Photoshop. - Thanks to some guy for writing the tutorial
NOTE: To save the file when finished press ctrl + alt + shift + s then click the 'save' button that pops up.
Here are the exploitable images:

Press ctrl + alt + shift + s - It'll bring up another options menu where you should just click save without messing with the other options.
Another repeat thread?

I've never seen it before anywhere, but I'm sure at the time being there were loads of threads of this. However, I have never seen one.
Yeah, there was a photoshop contest for this.

It still has potential, and if you ask me - it needs to be revived.
Despite the fact that I can imagine quite a few speech-bubbles over still image 3 with the word "dick" in it.
