So I went to sleep at 2:00 AM, Woke up at 3:00PM and now I'm in a Panic state because the last time this happended my total bodyclock got fucked up and couldn't do anything till the next day I found sleep at 5:00 AM.
I refuse to take Pills or anything else unatural unless it's needed.
Which brings me to a point.....

I've heard meditating helps. It helps to calm your mind down.
If you're not that spiritual, you can do a more secular type of meditation by simply focusing on one single thing in your mind, like the sound of a fan. Close your eyes and focus purely on that sound.

Listen to some calm music, it has always helped me. I usually listen to some light classical or ambient/chillout electronic music

Less caffeine, maintain a regular sleep schedule.
If you have a hard time falling asleep and you check the time very often, remove whatever is showing you what time it is. It helps.
