Even though they are not quite the same as the Ramones you should definiatly check into MC5 and Iggy Pop & The Stooges, maybe New York dolls too.

Johnny Thunders & The Heartbreakers are really cool.

Other bands you could check in are The Damned, The Dead Kennedys, Richard Hell & the Voivoids and The Dead Boys.

Those are the bands I can think of right now.
