I usually have to make myself puke after eating, which when i do, tons of mucus come out. I have had my adnoids taken out twice and don't know what to do. Its getting to the point when its became a daily thing. I know i will get some sarcastic responses, but it is bothering me a lot. Please facepunch, it hurts D:
