I know that it's probably a rehash and "Tim's a fraud" but the art for this game is really nice and the effort they put into it, as a whole, is amazing. It's something that, imo, you don't see anymore.
They also go to Skywalker Ranch to look at the archives.

it is actually so rewarding to play it again but now in glorious HD. All the music and voice is remastered, it's literally like seeing your favourite movie again that was only available on VHS but now it's on blu-ray. :]
It even has developer's commentary available as you play lol.
I remember sitting and playing this with my Dad when I was five.
He would read out the text for me and give me hints, but let me take the lead.
This is so awesome.
As much as we can say that "Tim's a fraud", their work environment looks really neat and their staff seems really happy and involved in the development process, and I think that at least takes some merit.

I still find it hard to consider Tim as a fraud, more a guy that really shouldn't be in charge of money. It seems to me like he really throws himself into projects and can create some great things, but without someone to reign him in he can overspend and run over the budget rather quickly.

That's exactly it. Tim is a great creator, and he makes great things and has great ideas, but he's a poor manager of funds and that's not good to have on a crowdfunding platform. He also has minimal concept of scope. Even the original idea he had for Broken Age couldn't have been done with the original budget of 30K, so when he tried to make the big project even bigger it got crazy. The problem is a lot of devs at Double Fine seem to not really have a say in how the project is done, they just all seem to listen to him, including the management guys.
The original looks better lol
The part with the sorting of voice files from original audiotapes looks nightmare inducing
