Not really that bad IMO? Unless I'm mistaken, the search results are for stuff to buy, and it's suggesting some other stuff you can buy. Maybe pollutes your view a bit but not outrageous.

I don't mind ads like those to be honest. Although the same can't be said for other places that have ads literally plastered over every space available.

it's funny because the only ads you can see in normal usage you can even disable them lol.

They're colored different and say "advertisement," if they were colored the same and made to look like actual search results it would be an issue.
This isn't new, they've done this since the introduction of Bing on 360.
