holy shit that was intense and straight out of a movie
I like how dumbasses assume running gets them out of trouble.
holy shit that was intesne
Oh man, the look of terror in the dude's eyes when the cop is screaming in his face on the ground. That was crazy
holy shit did he say "i will kill you"?
holy shit did he say "i will kill you"?
No he said "I'll buy you some tea and crumpets so we can have a picnic"
No he said "I'll buy you some tea and crumpets so we can have a picnic"
And he did. Prison crumpets.
that cop seemed terribly violent
that cop seemed terribly violent
You scream and yell and point a gun at a person and they're going to be scared and confused, just like the dood in the video was. The second he noticed an armed, pissed off, and screaming cop runnin at him he just stood there like a deer in the headlights.
They said something about him having a gun being the original call. So, I would say the take down and following actions was justified. However, when the suspect was secure he should have put the gun away.
What exactly did he do?
Tags: insane, crazy, police chase, gta 5, pistol, stoned, scared shitless, hilarious

holy shit did he say "i will kill you"?
he obviously wouldn't have, scare tactics are effective
Perp's reaction was priceless.
I uh...what the fuck just happened? What did that guy do? Why did the police point the gun at him while he was driving? Why was he so ridiculously aggressive?
I uh...what the fuck just happened? What did that guy do? Why did the police point the gun at him while he was driving? Aggression like this is part of the use of force as far as I know.
Probably a felon who was reported to have a gun on him jumping out of his car directly after a high speed chase. Aggression like this is part of the use of force as far as I know.
It is. In some situations, it's better for a cop to come off as extremely aggressive and forward because most of the time a person will do just as the guy in the video did and just be stunned and scared shitless and a lot easier to apprehend than if he just was calm and cautious. If you see a cop running at you with his gun drawn and screaming at you, things usually happen so fast and causes so much confusion and panic in a suspect that you don't even have any time to react or think of what you want to do and just give in. Compare that to a cop who sits back by his squad car and just loudly demands that you get out of the car / lay down etc., you're giving a suspect a lot more time to do think of another escape attempt or enough time to possibly grab a weapon
that cop seemed terribly violent
Dude he is so pumped he prolly don't even know what he is saying.
My favorite part was when the cop shouts at the driver and he screams and covers his face.
Second 58. When that runner saw Death himself grabbing him by the hair.
He puts a lot of people in danger by going down the wrong side of the highway even if he was on the grass, the police officer had to follow him onto oncoming traffic. I can understand the frustration and stress that comes with and job like that, and in his shoes I wouldn't be a very happy towards a person that puts in danger so many innocent lives. I'm sure the suspect's reaction to the cop was a good enough sigal to pretty much make him piss himself as he's being placed under arrest.
that cop is a fucking psycho and should be punished for how he treated that guy
Yea, he should have yelled at the guy in the leg instead.
that cop is a fucking psycho and should be punished for how he treated that guy
I'd like to see how you'd react in the same situation. The cop was using intimidation and brute force to protect himself. Who knows if this guy was armed? The officer had the right to assume the man was a danger to both the cop and society, and took proper action. Is it brutal just because the man is a member of law enforcement? No, brutality would be this police officer physically assaulting the man after he's been restrained, which he did nothing of the sort.
that cop is a fucking psycho and should be punished for how he treated that guy
yeah he should've tased his tires out
The crook was hilarious when he got out of the car
that cop is a fucking psycho and should be punished for how he treated that guy
the guy's deer in headlights reaction to the cop screaming at him is not a fair reason to sympathize with him considering we don't know the context [editline]e[/editline] hell, even yanking him by the hair like that to get him on the ground may very well be justified if the guy could've been armed; but i do think he could've put the gun away once the guy was down
"I'm sitting on this guys back with his arms locked and pushing his head down to the ground, better point my gun to his neck in case he tries to spit acid or something"
If a cop was running at me screaming, mad as fuck and pointing a gun at me i'd probably soak my pants too. Getting pointed at with a gun must be fucking scary. The gun is like a remote controller for your life.
That cops voice seems really high pitched. I for some reason imagine him being a tryhard midget :v: Is that whole gun at the neck thing usual though? Seemed like edge balancing right there.
