Looking for some information on a Mamiya 16 camera made in occupied Japan

Hello, I went through our camera box and found a Mamiya 16 made in occupied Japan. I'm very interested in this device mainly because it is so small. So I came here looking for really any information someone has on this little device.

Some specific information I would like is that we did open the back cover and found what looked like a roll of file in the camera. We did cover this back up right away, so what would be the best way to get this removed and developed?

Back was already opened, I'm sure all the film is shot at this point. Film is very light sensitive, and I highly doubt any of it would be good after being opened
