When was the last time Facepunch experiences Garry's birthday?

I know that Garry has his birthday every once and a while(not at any consistent date to my knowledge) and I was wondering when was the last time we had experienced one. For any new members that don't know what Garry's B-day is:
It is when everyone who has been perma-banned and is unbanned. To my knowledge, the last time we experienced a birthday was when we came to the new forum design(as many of us remember we ended up with firerain coming back, and then his subsequent banning after he became a mod(still can't believe it)). So, I was wondering if we had experienced one lately or if the mods have kind of stopped running the unbanning the perma-ed process.

I think Garry stopped doing it. It just used to end in a lot people getting banned and many other users that were banned went a on a 5min rampage forum spams. Firerain just made his normal ban me threads.

They stopped doing it because mass unbanning is a retarded idea, the problem is people who need to stay banned get unbanned and then the mods have to go through and pretty much combat the spam that the alts and shit will unleash on facepunch.
