Actually surprised by how good it looks visually, the dungeons look nice and atmospheric (maybe even more atmospheric than in the base game), looks like it would have been one of the titles that would have pushed the PSP to it's limits.
Never knew there was footage of that game. Looks really fun actually.
A full blown RPG like that on a PSP was a dream of mine, i tried a few games but none were actually action RPG or had decent controls without having to dive in 10 menus.
Though its obviously why it got cancelled.
It's practically like Elder Scrolls meets King's Field, it's strange
shii i feel like replaying oblivion now
you should, it's still a great game.
My personal favorite. A good in between of the new and the old.
That is really unfortunate, because i still searching for more games to feed my psp
I remember seeing images for this game back in the day, glad I finally got to see footage as well, I hope the files are released one day, like that Saints Row prototype that was released, I would love to play this on my PSP even if it was never finished, it's just so neat.

Holy shit they are releasing it later on, says so in the comments!

Honestly Bethesda should try something like this again with the Vita, I'd imagine making a portable Oblivion would be entirely within the realm of possibility now with far more powerful hardware.

There is a released portable Elder Scrolls. The downside is that it's an N-Gage exclusive

Oh I know. But a much more realized modern one was something I really wanted.

Looks almost like it could be a DOOM mod. :v:
With Daggerfall Unity and OpenMW there also could be unofficial ports of Morrowind and Daggerfall to Android, though without a controller those would be pretty cumbersome on a mobile device.

Pretty sure there was already an attempt at openmw on android, but I can't find it anywhere. Daggerfall is old enough that phone hardware should be able to emulate it, seems like this guide here works:

That's running on an Nvidia tablet, those things can emulate Wii and Gamecube. I've tried it myself on a few devices and it's usually incredibly slow and/or full of lag. Even at the max settings I can use without causing issues on my PC I still get occasional performance drops with interiors. Daggerfall is as broken as other Bethesda games. Unity is designed to run on a wide range of devices.

I once played fallout NV with a mod that caused extreme darkness to the point where you pretty much needed a flashlight at night
I also had a mod that made the screen insanely blurry if you didn't wear glasses. AKA, my character pretty much had the shittiest eyes ever.
even that isn't as bad as that :v:

Hey same here :v:
If i not wrong, the mod remove orange tint from screen.literally i was blind as bat in night so i install flashlight range enhancer and mod it until the flashlight nearly cover entire map
within two years fans will have used this, ported it to vita, and got oblivion running on it
