I haven't gotten RE5 yet but I've heard that Rebecca isn't in it. The last time she was involved in the story was in 1998. BTW the sweat effect on her skin was actually accidental. But I left it there because it looked good. :) Also, one of the hardest new techniques I used was the way the goggles make the background orange. :awesome: [editline]06:36AM[/editline] i demand a nude
Her left hand looks a bit wonky, but other then that it's just gorgeous!
As usual, you are the best!
:awesome: i demand a nude
The nude one doesn't have any details. :(
As good as always. The only thing I could say is maybe try to work on color blending, your hatching technique is somewhat noticeable on the arms and legs. Also, I would imagine darker shadows seeing as she's outside. The Evian bottle is a nice little addition. The background is sex as well. I sort of discovered the 'glaring skin' effect accidentally as well.

I was going for a different pic at first. My first concept was to have noon, Africa-style, with deep shadows and clear view, with trees casting shadows in the background, but when I made the horizon I noticed that the sandstorm effect was pretty good, and I went with soft light and less defined shadows instead. Plus making the sun shine directly from above would've been hard to implement on the character since it's shaded in a way where the mai light source is in the front, not above, and it would've been impossible to fix without drawing it all again from scratch.
I love it. The sweat effect is well done. BTW Rebecca was one of the two central characters in Resident Evil 0 (Gamecube, 2002), and was featured in The Umbrella Chronicles (Wii, 2007).
Literally 9000 hours in MS paint?
I've no idea how you do that. Zooming in on her camo trou gave me a hardon when I saw the shape and the way its shaded. Out of interest, how long did it take? The colour blending on skin is a hard one. I just use piles and piles of shades by knocking down the lum stats in the paintpot by 5.
:awesome: [editline]06:36AM[/editline] i demand a nude
My child hood dies every time I see a nude RE character :( Not everything Plutonia does has to be nude. Uh, right Plutonia?

She was 18 back then, by the time of RE5 she's 29, a grown woman. Who knows how badass she's gotten. ;)
I've no idea how you do that. White, light brown, dark brown and black. Then I made the structure of the camo pattern using 4 colors, red, blue, yellow and green and pasted them on the different colored pants, each using their own color as an alpha channel. Combine all together and you have camo pants. It's a nice coincidence that this tutorial is also about PANTS. :)
Literally 9000 hours in MS paint?
over.
