Maybe views are limited to like once per hour per IP, while dislikes and likes are per account? Or maybe different cache times?

I was told that views only register after 30 seconds of viewing, so someone who gets on the video and immediately dislikes will show up as a dislike before they count as a view.
I can't believe he has 51,5 million subs already, he hit 50 like a 2 weeks ago
