So I joined a band as the drummer. This was a tune we made, more like a demo than anything. Since we recorded at the guitarist's house with his computer and ProTools, he was in charge of EQ and mastering and whatnot. To me, there just isn't something right about it. It feels like my snare has no ass to it and just gets lost in the white noise of everything. I figured a sidechain would fix that, but any tips for making the track not sound so... flat?
And I can't figure out for the life of me how to insert SoundCloud things into posts oh God why am I so bad.
