Democratic presidential candidates will hold the first of six primary debates on October 13 in Nevada, the party said on Thursday, setting out a debate calendar that rivals of frontrunner Hillary Clinton say is insufficient.
Announcing the calendar on the day of the first Republican primary debate, the Democratic National Committee set the five other Democratic contests in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Florida and Wisconsin. The first debate in Nevada will be hosted by CNN.
Clinton's opponents have complained that six debates are not enough to allow them to shine against the former secretary of state who has dominated media coverage so far in the Democratic race.
I'm interested to see Bernie and Hillary tackle a debate. They have completely opposing styles of debate, so if Bernie does what he does best, it'll make Hillary's weaseling around seem obvious enough to potentially get people to side with the more directness of Bernie.
I have a feeling this is where Bernie is either going to gain a huge amount of traction or his approval ratings are going to horribly plummet. Hopefully the former rather than the latter though after hearing his ideas and motives are far better than Hillary's.
Bernie might earn much from this.
I feel like if Biden runs, he'll pull a chunk of Hillary's support, but not much of Sanders', since Sanders' relatively niche following is already interested in his extremely European socialist ideals, and Biden will not attract many of those supporters any more than Hillary is. (though he is by far the better option of the two by a huge margin and is extremely popular)
i'd vote for biden just to have 4 more years of his hilarious foot-in-mouth statements and golden expressions
[sp]not actually though[/sp]
Joe Biden is probing an entrance into the primary, lets hope he decides otherwise- he'd just distract from the actual conversation to be had between Bernie and Hillary

no matter what happens though it won't be as big a joke as what's airing on fox right now

Trump once again has called for us to build a wall, and quickly. He also claimed the Mexican gov was sending over the criminals and rapists, calling their gov smart for not dealing with them and ours stupid for taking them. His evidence was that evidently he heard it from border patrol. He also claimed that illegal immigration wasn't a topic until he brought it up.

Kelly was asking Trump about his previous misogynistic comments:
Kelly: "You've called women you don't like, 'fat pigs,' 'dogs,' 'slobs,' and 'disgusting animals'--"
Trump: "Only Rosie O’Donnell."
Ted Cruz also praised Egyptian dictator el-Sisi's response to Islamist terrorism, even though el-Sisi has committed numerous human rights abuses since he seized power from the Muslim brotherhood in a coup followed by a rigged election.

Sanders has already secured a portion of the vote. He won't win the primary from his diehard supporters. Biden would be an issue for Bernie because he has to win over Clinton supporters.
I hope we get a good debate broadcaster other than FOX, and I hope for people asking better questions this time around, like there were no questions about serious issues like student debt, the wage gap, or even climate change, no it had to be about the NSA, the "Radical Islamic" terrorists, the immigrants, how the candidates would shrink vital programs and anything on health reform was pretty much "Repeal Obamacare".
