Viral Facebook UFO Video - Polidicks

So all over Facebook is this Viral Facebook video of an apparently UFO in the clouds as these men pull over and speak in some sort of Spaniard language if this could be debunked and/or translated it would be very much appreciated. What gets me is the part where it "Morphs" into the two balls of lights, and moves speedily downwards into the Forrest ahead, on its way down, it created some sort of turbulence almost moving the clouds which is visible in thee posted video. It's definitely fake like pretty much all UFO sighting videos out there, but at least the people who made this one put more thought into it

Give up what? I know what CGI is, and it honestly doesnt look like it, but if it is, its a good CGI. Can someone please translate the video so we can know what they are saying and maybe find an Online source?

Why is it all UFO videos, fake or not ALWAYS have the worst quality? Hell even iPhone camera's can take some pretty clean videos.
