As greenham said, the xbox one GPU is essentially an overclocked 7770, that's the point of the video, comparing it's PC performance to it's console one
I think my PC has a 7770 too!
its all about that shared ram which is the one hardware advantage consoles have over pc.
if you could figure out how much vram a console game was using and somehow apply that to a pc card with the same stats things would probably be near identical.
