Since I didn't see a thread for recipe requests, I made this thread. Let me know if this belongs somewhere else.
So I'm looking for this cake, I know what it looks and tastes like but I have no clue what it is called so I don't know how to look how to make it. I made a quick picture showing how it looks from the side:

Basically the top is jelly, pretty much any color.
The middle part is this thick creamy thing. Not whipped cream; The whole cake is pretty much made of this stuff. Inside out.
The bottom is a thin cookie-like crust.
If anyone can help me, big thanks.
it's a cheesecake with a jello top.
Thanks, I haven't ever eaten any other cheesecakes so that didn't occur to me.
Cheesecakes are really common almost everywhere, where do you live?
Finland. My original view of the cheesecakes has been somewhat negative: I fucking love sugar and all kinds of sweet stuff, and cheese generally speaking is the opposite. The times I ate this thing I didn't know it was a cheesecake :v:
Yeah cheese cake with probably lemon, lime and strawberry on it or something like that
